Acai Berry Bliss Balls
These Acai Berry Bliss Balls are really, really tasty. Packed with a number of superfood and wholefood ingredients and raw-food diet friendly, this to die for bliss ball recipe is fast and easy to make and will be a definite hit with the whole family.
Makes 16 balls
2 Tbsp Radiance® Cacao Powder
1 Tbsp Radiance® Acai + Berries Powder
2 Tbsp dessicated coconut
8 Large medjool dates
1 Tbsp of peanut or almond butter
1 pinch sea salt
Coconut for dusting
1. Combine all ingredients in a food blender, and process until it has dough like consistency.
2. Roll into small balls and dust with coconut and or acai powder.
3. Place plate in the fridge for an hour before serving. Serve chilled, straight from the fridge.
