Blueberry and Banana Wholefood smoothie breakfast
• 2 tsp honey
• 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
• 1/2 medium banana
• 3/4 cup calcium-fortified soy milk
• 1 tablespoon of Radiance WholeFood Smoothie Berry Flavour
1. Combine berries, banana, WholeFood Smoothie powder and soy milk in a blender that’s able to crush ice.
2. Process ingredients on ‘crush ice’, or the highest setting, until smooth. (Some blenders may require extra water to process this mixture.)
3. Pour smoothie into tall glasses and serve.
