Vegan chocolate milkshakes with vanilla coconut cream
Chocolate milkshake:
1 avocado
1 banana
1 cup dates
1 tablespoon of Radiance SuperGreens plus Cacao
1 tablespoon of Radiance Cacao Powder
1-2 cups almond, oat or rice milk
1-2 cups ice
Whipped coconut cream:
1 can coconut milk, left in the fridge or freezer overnight
Bean from 1/2 vanilla pod
Preferred sweetener to taste
Milkshake: Blend all the ingredients until smooth, adding as much milk and ice as needed to make it thick and creamy and cold. Fill up your glasses.
To make the whipped cream: Remove can from the fridge and open it gently and scoop off the solid fat that has settled on the top. Add the sweetener and vanilla beans and whisk with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Scoop onto the milkshake and enjoy!
