High Protein Mint Chocomole!
This pudding is soooo good and very indulgent but contains all the good oil goodness of avocados alongside the protein kick from the Radiance Mint Cacao Wholefood Smoothie… divine!
4 ripe avocados
1/2 cup of Radiance® Mint Cacao Wholefood Smoothie
10 dates
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Cacao nibs or grated chocolate to top
Cut the avocados in half and remove the skin and pits. Place the avo halves, Mint Cacao Wholefood Smoothie, dates, vanilla, maple syrup and lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Top with cacao nibs or grated chocolate and maybe a pinch of seasalt.
