Matcha Green Tea & White Chocolate Brownies

These green brownies are pretty naughty but oh so nice and the matcha makes them almost count as an antioxidant! Save this green and gorgeous recipe for St Patrick’s Day me thinks!

110g butter
225g white chocolate chips
200g sugar…
3 large eggs
80g plain flour
3 tbsp Radiance Matcha Powder
30g macadamias or almonds

1. Preheat the oven to 200C & line a 20 x 20 baking tin
2.Melt 200g of the chocolate & the butter together
3. Whisk in the sugar, then beat in the eggs, one at a time. Sift the flour and matcha into the mix and gently fold in. Mix in the nuts and the remaining chocolate and then sprinkle some of both on top if you like.
4. Pour into the tin and bake for 5 minutes then cover with foil and cook for another 20-25 minutes. Leave to cool for 30 minutes and then cut into slices.
5. Enjoy!
